How do I care for it?
Spot clean only. Avoid water, direct sun, and perfume near the hardware to preserve the velvet nap and gold finish.
Why does my stone look different from the photos?
Each centerpiece is a natural, genuine stone rather than a manufactured one, so color, banding, and pattern vary from piece to piece and collar to collar. This variation is part of what makes each collar one-of-a-kind, not a flaw.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping at your cost. You're welcome to try the collar on your dog indoors to check the fit, and if you need a different size, we'll ship your first exchange free. Personalized pieces are final sale. Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Orders ship from Vancouver, Canada. Orders delivered outside Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These aren't included at checkout and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, with all shipping costs covered.
